PIG 05/03/12 - Treasurer Report

Storage Locker - we are paid through May with the Gaylord locker.  I've been in contact with Apple River Family Campground and they are willing to let us store our stuff in their "Party Shack" facility for $45/month.  We wouldn't be able to access it 24/7 but could call Chris whenever we need to since he lives on site.  It is not temperature controlled and he would like us to cover our stuff with a tarp to keep others from getting into it.  If we are interested we can move our stuff in whenever we want to and we will have to sign sometype of contract with the campground.  Once I call him with the board's approval they'll draw up the contract.

PO Box - we are paid through the end of June for the PO Box 303 in Cottage Grove.

Bank Account - Mary M. (Gate Chair) is now a second signer on the account.  We will both need to resign the signature card after I change my name in June.  Our balance currently stands at $3,274.16.

Stage - Chris & I would like the board's permission to use the stage for our wedding on May 26th.  We are willing to help transport the stuff from one storage locker to another as payment for allowing us to use the stage.  If for some reason something gets broke while in our possession we will replace it.  Once we are finished with the stage we will bring it out to Somerset and put it into our new locker.

Co-Treasurer - It would nice if we could get a co-treasurer so I can help train someone in for next year.
